360's "2.0" launch passes PS3 and Wii beats both

Yes you read right, on thanksgiving Amazon offered a 66% price break for the 360 core system. The promotion generated more sales and more online traffic ("It brought Amazon to a snail pace") than the PS3 and almost the Wii. Microsoft dubbed this 100$ promo the 2.0 launch. Also one week after launch PS3 Demand dropped a sharp 15% allowing both 360 and Wii to pass it.

Maybe it is supply that is hurting PS3, or is it the daunting price tags, or maybe even that the PS3 is just not what it promised. You tell me, post your comments and share your opinion.
